We stopped for a little walk in the village of Saint Mitre les Remparts, before driving through Istres, and on to our destination for the night at Saint Chamas with its lakeside free aire.
Saint Chamas was a great place to visit with its interesting sights and waterside setting.   We had a really good look around and enjoyed a great meal right near the aire at the ‘Champ de Mars’ restaurant.  The duck and the steak were both very good indeed!
