Having walked down the steep picturesque little ‘Rue Jeruzal’ from the heart of Dinan to the canal port below (another hub of lovely eateries!), we decided it made sense to walk back to Lehon via the tow path.
On this occasion however we got re-routed up the wooded hillside somewhat before descending back down – an unexpected bit of extra exercise! It was pretty though with all the autumnal leaves and pleasurable of course on the descent, treading through the blanket of bronzed fallen leaves.
Generally it would be the towpath route in the future! Phew! – though I’m happy to have done that detour – just sorry I can’t locate any photos of it! Mystery! Hey ho!
