Castellane

We enjoyed a walk in the old town of Castellane in its intriguing location beneath a giant rock with chapel atop, and were rather bemused by the Brocante that had been clearly broken into or vandalised, as one window was broken and upper floor windows were open with various odd things half hanging out!

It was quite the stuff of a mystery murder! – hopefully nothing too untoward has taken place there, but it was certainly most strange that it was in such disarray and not boarded up, plus with an ‘a Vendre’ for sale sign!  Bizarre!

We filled up with free water before moving on.
