Le Conquet was next, enjoying a tasty good value lunch on a room with a view.
We then ambled through the village, taking a peep in one or two gift shops before strolling down to the little harbour and back home a different route overlooking the water.
Our night stop, just a few minutes drive away, proved another good one, and we did two nights there, free, and overlooking the sea, with the odd other van for neighbours.
I seem to recall it was Michael that cooked our salmon supper that evening. Second time he’s done that now with the rice and peas and buttery salmon with its crispy skin and quite the little pro he is at it too!
