The village of Le Trévoux provide a very nice little quiet free aire with public toilets. The aire is set behind the village church and overlooks the village green and fishing lake.

Our first night we shared the aire with a very quiet French family and having found it such an ideal place to relax, we stayed on a second night. Our last evening we chatted to a local man who was out walking his dog. He was a Frenchman, not actually from Brittany, but had retired there to this quiet neck of the woods.

We will certainly use this little overnighter again if passing. Very much the sort we like – under populated! – and free of course! – plus free water and services at their service point elsewhere in the village.
