Plage de Briqueville sur Mer was where we decided on stopping for lunch and I made a huge bowl of Greek salad.

After lunch we took a stroll along the long sandy beach and again enjoyed watching all the fishing activity. There was the work force for the commercial mussel beds, but also the local people simply out enjoying a spot of relaxing cockling, and as Michael said, not so dissimilar to a spot of autumnal blackberrying! True!

From here, late afternoon, we headed on and pulled in at another Park4Night stop at Havre de la Vanlée to see what that was like before heading on. That would have been a good option had we needed it.
