Saint-Germain-sur-Ay was our next overnight stop, and along with every night so far this trip, free, thanks to the brilliant Park4Night app we are making full use of.

This was another picturesque dunes and beachside location, and we took a stroll along the beach before we settled in for the evening.

That night we had just one neighbour motorhome, which can be quite nice actually (if they’re not parked close!) for a sense of security. We were the last to arrive so of course parked well away from our neighbour which I imagine suited them too.

Michael enjoyed sitting out reading while I got the supper on. We had our Lidl fish filets and veg, and, as usual, very nice it was too!
