We pulled in at the spacious car park for the Moulin de la Coudrerie and walked the couple of minutes to the water mill. It is closed over the winter as it turns out, but open from April through to September, and I think visitable at no charge quite possibly. It’s owned by the commune from recollection and is used for educational purposes as well as open to the general public by the looks of it.
Undoubtedly plenty about it on the Internet to give you all the facts.
