Morlaix

Today we were in Morlaix, and I must say, we were very pleasantly surprised!  It’s a charming town with plenty to see from Medieval to Jacobean architecture and the port to amble past.

We also walked across the magnificent bridge that spans the town.

Plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants too.  Being a Sunday suited us as it was less busy than any other day.

The Motorhome aire is a very reasonable walk from the town centre, generous parking, and it’s free, plus free water!  Bonus! – and perfect timing for us to fill up.

We definitely recommend Morlaix for a visit.  It’s somewhere we had no idea what to expect, but can only give it a good report.
