On into Schramberg where we parked up for a walk around the town
He followed what others were doing – made sense on a swelteringly hot day. This little channel ran the whole length of the high street.
In medieval times, in a medieval town, this would be something to be avoided!!!đ
Next stop was Shiltach, where the aire proved so relaxing and successful, serving a chocolate box town, that we decided to stay an extra night.
The bonus too was this aire was free, and water was on the basis of a donation to the Red Cross via a locked box bolted to the tap wall.
We had the best spot with best view and enjoyed the gentle sound of the river.
More photos tomorrow!
