Ile de Ré to Nantes

After our brief but enjoyable stay on the Ile de Ré we return to our overnight stop at La Rochelle with Nick and Sal before heading on our journey the next day.
   
    
    
    
   
   
    
 
Michael and I have been to Nantes before too, but it’s again somewhere we wanted Kenny and Tanya to see. Poppy made it to Nantes on her way up from the Dordogne and will go again:
