Molinos to Morella

Knowing where I was aiming for as our night stop, I was very conscious that we would in fact have to return along the same road. This is generally something Sophie is particularly keen to avoid, but to give you an idea as to how much we enjoyed the drive, it was Sophie who was keen to repeat the trip, only this time in reverse. On the way back, and then beyond, we also enjoyed seeing a number of wild mountain goats.

Late afternoon we arrived at the impressive and imposing hilltop town of Morella. We’re parked in a Park4night in the car park below the castle and our views across the valley and surrounding mountains are breathtaking. It’s very windy, but I’m sure we’ll be fine.

  1. What a beautiful place! You can’t beat Park4Night recommendations: it has become our Bible in the last couple of years. I like the look of your meals too. We bought a multicooker for Christmas and have made roasts, risottos, a lemon sponge and even a quiche last night: it is a wonderful gadget when connected to EHU.
